Grilled Yogurt-Marinated Leg of Lamb

1 butterflied boneless leg of lamb (about 4-5 lbs)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
